Delivery by a courier in South Africa will take 2 – 5 working days to reach you depending on where you live.

Delivery times for international orders will be communicated by email and depends on the destination country.

We provide free shipping for orders above R1000 to any destination in South Africa. For order below a R1000, a fixed fee of R99 will be charged.

International shipping rates depend on the destination country and on the weight and the size of the delivered package. Our fee does not include any duties and other costs to be paid in the country of destination. You can contact your local customs for more information on this.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. You can track your order at any time using this link. Please get in touch if you need assistance and we will be happy to help.

If you select the option to collect at a NICHE branch, you will be notified by email as soon as the product is ready for collection.

Changed your mind?

Not a problem! You may return any product within 30 days of purchase if it is in the original packaging that is unopened and undamaged.

You can return a product by dropping it off or sending it with a courier to your nearest NICHE branch. The cost to return the product to NICHE will be at your expense. Please ensure that products are well packed so that it does not get damaged or lost in transit.

Your refund will be processed after we have received and inspected the product. Please allow up to 5 Business Days for your refund to be processed.

We are very sorry! If a product is faulty or have been supplied incorrectly, we will arrange a courier to collect the product or request that you send us a picture. The product will be exchanged as soon as we have physically inspected the product or examined the picture.
